I've completed numerous investment appraisals for new businesses in retail environments; this included modelling business performance over a 5+ year period and pulling relevant data into a presentation business case. I've built several complex business models which included a model to appraise business investments, model the impact of wage increases in a complex manufacturing environment and cost complex food products.
