I didn't have a ton of communication with the seller, but I didn't feel the need to. He asked me for what he needed, and he made my resume 10x better. I haven't updated my resume format in years. I am in need of a new career path and knew that I needed professional resume help. Despite a significant time zone difference, Harvardcv was very prompt with both his responses to my questions and his work. He also delivered quality work on a very short time table (less than 24 hours). As this was my very first order on Fiverr, I was skeptical about the quality of work that I would receive. However, Harvardcv has dispelled of those fears. Every penny spent on his service was money well spent. Richard was very communicative and helpful even before I purchased his services. I can't stress how impressed I am with harvardcv's work. I was never completely happy with my resume over the years and felt that it came close, but never quite landed, to expressing my strengths and personality. He took my resume and improved it so much and *now* I'm proud of how well it reflects my strengths and value. It's almost like he was able to know me better than I know myself! Hands down, I think now there's a much better chance of getting interviews with my resume. This is my first time using Fiverr, I have been job hunting for a few months now. I have sent out my resume and LinkedIn profile many times. Most of the times I get turn down or sometimes no response at all. At that time I know I needed help to fix my resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn. The cheaper one is only $20-30 cheaper but the professional is only a level 2 seller. On the other hand HarvardCV, is a top seller and have 1k+ good reviews. I finally went with HarvardCV, the result is perfect. I am 100% impressed. Very upfront and down to earth seller!
