As a Business Owner, you need to see how every business function is performing. You need to Forecast and plan in advance the unseen risks which your data has still not shown yet. Eg- Drivers, Predictive Analysis, VaR, Regression

As a Sales Head, you need a Dashboard to keep a daily check on your Sales Team. You need to bring a Correlation between Total Calls and Productive Calls to motivate your team to work harder.

You need to know why your Sales Resource is not performing. Is it because of their own lacking or are the company policies or market behavior against them?

Similarly, if you are an HR Head, Procurement or Operations Head. You need to have a deep insight into the data and Make Better Business Decisions.

I have earned my CFA Level 2, FRM Part 1, Financial Data Analytics Certification (IIM Kashipur) & Data Analyst Associate(Microsoft). Additionally, I am an MSc from University of Nottingham, UK.

You got Data, great. I got Analytical Skills. And now combining both resources we will Visualize it to give us the Intelligence we are not seeing.
